W520 - Sindelfingen
Our programmers work here on the doors and the rear trunk door. KUKA robots are present on our assembly lines.
The technologies we had the pleasure to deploy include welding, sheet metal hemming, adhesive bonding, and laser welding.
Volkswagen - Chattanooga
Our company assisted in the launch of a new model – the rear hatch of the Volkswagen ID4. FANUC robots were operating on the production line. In addition to handling robots, we also implemented welding, adhesive, clinching, and hemming technologies, all contributing to the manufacturing process. All project stages were completed on time. We handed over the assembly lines during the cycle in 2022.
CA236 - Bremen
On this project, our programmers configured KUKA robots with welding, handling, adhesive bonding, and stud welding technologies. At this moment, a new model is being implemented, which we will also integrate.
XC235 - Bremen
We had the pleasure of managing the VU, QS, and SN lines. We are implementing another project on these lines.
We have implemented welding, adhesive bonding, riveting, stud welding, and Sensopart technology.
