Job application - MMW Automation

I hereby declare that I have been informed that:

• The administrator of personal data processed as part of the recruitment process is MMW Group, with its registered office in Szczecin (71-441), at ul. Cyfrowa 6, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001024557, NIP: 8513290042, REGON: 52470615400000.
Data collected during recruitment processes will be stored until the recruitment process is completed, but no longer than 3 months from the date of application submission. If candidates provide consent, their personal data will be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes for up to 2 years from the date of application submission.
• The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• In the event of consent withdrawal, the candidate's personal data will be immediately deleted.
• Personal data collected during the recruitment process will not be shared with third parties.
• Personal data will not be transferred to any third country or international organization.
• The data subject has the right to access their personal data, request its rectification, or request its deletion. A request for data deletion is equivalent to withdrawing from participation in the recruitment process conducted by MMW Group. Additionally, the data subject has the right to request the restriction of processing in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR.
• During the processing of data for recruitment purposes by MMW Group, no automated decision-making or profiling, as mentioned in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR, takes place.
• The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding the unlawful processing of their personal data.
• Providing the data included in recruitment documents is not mandatory; however, it is a condition necessary for applying for employment with MMW Group.
